1. Shipping and Handling Charges
All orders placed on Hot N Cold Recovery’s website are subject to shipping and handling charges, unless otherwise specified in your order confirmation. These charges will be calculated based on your location, the weight and dimensions of the products ordered, and the shipping method selected during checkout. Any applicable charges will be itemized in your shopping cart and order confirmation email.

2. Delivery Times
We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, and unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery timeline. Hot N Cold Recovery is not liable for any delays in shipment once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

3. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available options will be displayed at checkout, and you may select your preferred method. Please note that expedited shipping options may incur additional charges.

4. Title and Risk of Loss
Title to the products and risk of loss passes to you when we transfer the products to the carrier. This means that once your package has been handed over to the carrier, Hot N Cold Recovery is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. We recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance for added security.

5. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that each customer is responsible for paying any applicable import fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. If you decline to pay these fees and your order is returned to us, we will refund the purchase amount minus all shipping/customs costs. Return shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund amount.

6. Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs processing times may vary and are beyond our control. Each customer is responsible for ensuring that their order complies with local import regulations and for paying any associated fees.

7. Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost via tracking information, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact our customer care team at info@hotncoldrecovery.com for assistance. Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier's tracking information are not eligible for reimbursement.

8. Sales Items
All items purchased on sale are final sale and are non-refundable. This includes any promotional items, clearance items, or products marked as discounted at the time of purchase.
